implemented a minor change to fix the display of dates.
implemented a minor change to link display
identified a bug which prevents users from viewing the forum index through the "JNV Forums" link, or the top banner. Instead, it takes you to the
portal, where there is a link to the forum index.
Also, my last three hacks havent worked out well so I'm putting that on hold until I figure out why....and perhaps figure out why the index link
doesnt work.
